tetiba rasa nak update pasal fitness :) well sekarang nie semua orang nak jaga badan , muka and so on lahh. bak kata orang "from the head until to the toe". fitness salah satu habits yang baik kalau nak follow up lah. my members dah try buat fitness dekat gym. diaorang kata memang best but its hard ! hah , seeee guys. gym ? ofcourse its hard right. yeah ramai kata pergi gym boleh kurus right ? tak semestinya lah. permakanan juga penting even do the fitness ! makanan sumber utama dalam proses mengawal berat badan sekaligus memberi kesihatan tubuh badan kita. boleh kata 60% daripada pemakanan dan 40% exercise :) kalau buat exercise tapi pemakanan tak jaga tak boleh juga. sumber makanan yang utama confirm lah yang baik sayuran dan buahan :) I'll admit that I hate vegetables. I don't know why but love to much fruits :) seem not to worry but still need worry a little bit. vegetables has many vitamins and minerals on that's. its goods for your skins and health. has a high calcium that make you grows faster and improve and helps the cells in body. yeah , basically fruits the people love to eat :) I know because I like fruits better than vegetables. okay , buah-buahan memang banyak khasiat vitamins A, E , C , B. memang bagus sangat untuk kesihatan badan tetapi hanya sesetengah fruits saja yang elok/ the best for our health. contoh buah yang bagus delima , apple hijau, anggur, lemon, orange, strawberry, mango. protein yang bagus ikan salmon, telur, ayam, ikan. roti pun elok juga untuk breakfast (oatcrunch, cococrunch, oat). hah lagi satu nak buat juice pun bagus juga. more more better good for health :D
air kosong kena minum 8 gelas sehari bagi memudahkan pelancarran darah dalam badan sekaligus buang toksin yang ada kat badan.
alright kalau fitness in exercise boleh juga. korang boleh buat basic exercise untuk kaki, tangan, perut, paha dan muka sekali. simple exercise if korang takmau yang leceh-2 ahh yang menyusahkan korang just buat kaki guna step 5-3-2 (10 minutes). untuk tangan just buat atas bawah, depan-belakang (8kali) untuk perut buat sit-up *as well* takpun buat ala yoga baring. means baring meniarap then letakkan tangan separa dengan bahu. angkat slow-2 sekali dengan badan (8 kali) sambil tu tahan nafas :) lepas habis yang itu try angkat kaki pula dengan perlahan (8 kali) untuk paha if nak buat ala zumba pun boleh bagi wanita or gegirls yang 'malas'. hehehe. just buat ala jog tapi slows. then bila dah rasa stable just put fast speed on your legs. try fast jog then slows jogs back.
